Data for Project Development
**The fundamental principle of our project development is that the Client is the exclusive source of all necessary data.** For the execution and development of services such as Process Automation, App Development, Chatbots, and AI training, all data—including testing environments, training datasets, production simulations, or temporary system credentials—is provided entirely by the Client or the contracting Institution itself. This data is segregated and used exclusively for the scope of the contracted project and nothing else.
Confidentiality and Security
We guarantee the utmost confidentiality of all sensitive data, proprietary information, and credentials supplied by the Client. We enforce stringent internal security protocols, including access restrictions and data encryption where applicable. Furthermore, we commit to executing industry-standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to formally protect all information against unauthorized access, disclosure, accidental loss, or destruction by our personnel or partners.
Data Sharing
We uphold a strict policy against selling, renting, trading, or sharing any data—whether provided by the Client for development purposes or collected via our website—with third parties. The only exceptions to this policy are instances where disclosure is strictly required by a valid legal process, court order, or governmental regulation, and only after we have notified the Client, if legally permitted.
